Studio Construction and New Site

It's been hectic around here as we are remodeling the studio. New wood floors have been put down and an automated backdrop system will be installed soon to give us a much quicker ability to change backdrops. I really look forward to it!

Another construction project will be a new tomK website. I decided it was time to update the site and give it a whole new look. Keep checking back with us to see what we've done. I hope to have it up and running by the end of November.

Ashley and Brent

Ashley and Brent were a great couple. I had the chance to meet with Ashley, her mom and sister on a couple of occasions and they were some of the nicest people I've met. It was hot and there was lots of SUN during the ceremony but it didn't take anything away from a wonderful day.

And here we go again!!

Decided to attempt this blogging again. Going to try and go back and add some information about some of the wonderful Brides and Grooms we have met recently. Got to work with several associates as we worked consistently through the summer and Thanks to Michelle, Amanda and Kiley for all the help! Kiley has become a regular part of tomK now and she has been a great help to me as we get bigger and have more work. Its a great thing that we are growing so fast, but it's also a lot of work without a partner. I look forward to her help as we grow even more.

Long Time

We'll I tried the Blog for a while and just couldn't keep up with it, with all that was going on, but I'm going to give it another try. Since blogging about Kristin and Joe's engagement shoot we've shot the wedding, were chosen a website of the week on collages.net for the photos of their wedding and I now use one of the photos I took of the wedding party on my homepage and on the back of my business card.

Joe and Kristin and their families were great to work with and hopefully we'll have the chance to work with them again in the future.

Kristin and Joe's Engagement

Just finished processing the engagement photo's for Kristin and Joe. They are getting Married in May in an outdoor wedding and I really look forward to photographing their special day. This will be our first outdoor wedding this year and they are always fun. Now all I have to do is get everything finished up and packaged for them.

Stacie's Wedding

Photographed the wedding of Stacie and Grant last night. They were joined by their families, their children and friends. It was a beautiful ceremony and everyone had a great time. I photographed Stacie's daughter not long ago and I've photographed her brother and sister in law's wedding, maternity and their son whose coming up on his first birthday soon. It's a privilege as a photographer to be able to document a family and the special times in their lives.

This is New

SO I decided that for some reason I need a blog for tomK. Don't know why, it just felt like I needed to do it. I'm working on getting my the new logo up on all the tomK stuff and trying to get the last few sessions complete so I don't really have time to write anything just yet, but I'll be back sooner than later!! My daughters are home from the University of Texas Austin for spring break so that add's to the chaos at the house.

My oldest daughter just got engaged this week as well, to a really nice guy and we look forward to having another member of the family.
